I went in for something called a glow skin facial? It was a customized facial with laser treatment combined. The women who treated me was terrific, full of information and I left looking as if i had been on vacation for the past 2 weeks. There was a good positive energy amongst the workers, which i seldom fine and they never rushed me and even educated me on some things i wasn't aware of. I received soo many compliments about how i looked after my treatment, that i already booked my next facial and bought one for my sister's birthday! Liliya (my esthetician) said that I will need about 5 - 6 treatments every 3 weeks, as I endured a 2-year bout of adult acne when I first moved to NYC. As a result, I have a grab bag of issues: uneven skin tone, redness, enlarged pores, some scarring. But after one treatment, my skin has tightened, the tone is more even, the pores look less visible.
